Policy CF 2 of the Redington Frognal Neighbourhood Plan will help inform Camden’s spending for the Frognal ward. Proposals that have previously been suggested by the Neighbourhood Forum include:
- Arkwright Road paving, tree planting and traffic calming
- pedestrian crossings across Frognal Lane
- pocket parks at the junction of Frognal and Finchley Road
- lost rivers route marking
- greening measures and public realm improvements, notably on Finchley Road
- replacement of existing street lights with heritage stirrup lanterns (as in Cannon Hill and Bracknell Way).

You can then tell us what your priority is for local CIL investment in your area and suggest any ideas you might have for particular projects that could help meet that priority. You can make more than one suggestion by simply returning to the map and placing another pin.
What can be funded?
Local CIL has to be spent on local infrastructure that supports growth and addresses the impacts of new development. While this can relate to a wide range of infrastructure, particular areas that local CIL could be spent on include community and health facilities, and environmental improvements. Any local infrastructure needs identified in planning frameworks produced by the Council for particular areas will be carried forward into the local CIL priority lists where appropriate. In areas with an adopted Neighbourhood Plan, any priorities identified by the plan will be used to inform the spending of the local CIL.
